During your cruise in the Galápagos Islands, snorkelling, kayaking, paddleboarding (if applicable), and land-based activities are offered as part of the experience within the protected environments of the Galápagos National Park and Marine Reserve. As these activities take place in open-water, coastal and remote natural settings, all participants are required to carefully review and sign a Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement prior to taking part.
The document explains the inherent risks associated with ocean conditions, physical activity, wildlife encounters and uneven natural terrain, outlines health and safety requirements, and confirms compliance with the environmental regulations established by the Galápagos National Park. Its purpose is to ensure a safe, responsible and environmentally respectful experience for all guests.
This release form applies exclusively to our naturalist cruise itineraries aboard Tribute, Treasure, Solaris and Archipel I. It does not apply to the diving itinerary operated by Aqua. Guests confirmed on Aqua departures must request the corresponding Diving Release Form directly from their account manager.
Participation in activities is conditional upon acceptance of these terms.
