Snorkeling & Kayaking – Release of Liability
and Safety Guidelines

During your cruise in the Galapagos Islands, snorkeling and kayaking are offered as optional activities within the protected waters of the Galapagos Marine Reserve. As these experiences take place in open-water and remote natural environments, all participants are required to carefully review and sign a Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement prior to taking part.

The document explains the inherent risks associated with ocean conditions and wildlife encounters, outlines health and safety requirements, and confirms compliance with the environmental regulations established by the Galápagos National Park. Its purpose is to ensure a safe, responsible and environmentally respectful experience for all guests.

This release form applies exclusively to our naturalist cruise itineraries aboard Tribute, Treasure, Solaris and Archipel I. It does not apply to the diving itinerary operated by Aqua. Guests confirmed on Aqua departures must request the corresponding Diving Release Form directly from their account manager.

Participation in activities is conditional upon acceptance of these terms.
